Meet Nathalie
I’m Nathalie — a wellness guide, yoga teacher, and space-holder devoted to helping women come back home to themselves. My work blends somatic support, chakra-based meditation and breathwork, sound healing, herbs and nutrition, neuroscience-informed practices, strength, and creativity to support healing that feels grounded, intuitive, and sustainable.
